Venu Gopala Swamy Temple

Shree Venu Gopala Swamy temple is a very old temple done in stone construction. It should be of more than, 500 years old. Around 2015 and all, I used to tell all people, as I used to pass through Vijayawada highway, that Narayanpur is my village and I will go there one day. Before I first time went to Narayanpur in 2021, when I was in my deep dhyanam, Lord Shree Venu Gopala Swamy asked me to come to this hill for my mission of dharma in the world.

That is how I came to the hill, Gudi Gutta. By then, it was to certain extent taken care by other spiritualists and later they could not continue over there.

Prior to that, one family “Sama Family” (sir name), especially Shree, Sama Rami Reddy Garu and his father used to take care of this temple. His father along with few others in the village such as Shree Epuru Gopal used to support this temple to certain extent and celebrate festivals on the hill. Later, in the ruling of village authority Shree Mutyala Anjayya, electricity and water facilities were brought to the hill.

Shree Sama Rami Reddy Garu got blessed with a son, who was named Venu Gopala, after his prayers to to the lord here.

But there has never been a dedicated priest (pandit) for the temple. After Kalki Mission coming, as the village handed over the temple to us for maintenance and upkeeping the dharma there, we employed a priest who takes care of the rituals and nivedan everyday there. We employed a dedicated priest for the welfare of the temple and all devotees of the Lord Shree Venu Gopala Swamy.  We also did some repairs and continue do them, by putting a concrete roof and a dwaja sthambh there in the future. After the Pratishta of Shree Satyanarayan Swamy Temple, we are going to do all these works.

In the leadership of Shree Pramukh Reddy garu, the temple is further developing. Currently this temple along with lord Satyanarayan temple on the hill are both put in the management of Shree Satya Deva Dharma Samiti trust in which some elders of the village, Mohammadabad are members.
